- Clients retain full ownership of their business concepts, details, trade ideas, and other information, unless a written agreement prescribes any other action.
- Clients are endowed with a limited, non-transferable license to use our deliverables solely for the objective agreed under the consultancy acknowledgement.
- No part of our website, content, or materials may be:

b. Modified
c. Reproduced
d. Distributed
e. Published
f. Exploited commercially without our prior written consent.
- If clients use our intellectual property without our authorization, then they have to face legal action, and we must do so to protect our property rights.

- Clients are liable for any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs related to their payments.
- Services will only continue once outstanding dues are settled in full.

- Indirect, incidental, or resultant damages
- Failures happening due to third-party actions, such as:

- In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service concerned.
